2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product is in its original, unused, undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You provide valid proof of purchase, including order number, receipt, invoice, or transaction confirmation.
  • The request is not related to normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or negligence on the part of the customer.

We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the above eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Processing Timeline


  • Approved refunds for payments made via credit/debit card: Processed within 7 business days of inspection/approval. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method, and may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s processing speed.
  • Approved refunds for payments made via PayPal, digital wallets, or bank transfer: Processed within 7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds for returned products: Will not be issued until the returned item is received, inspected, and verified by our team.

5.1 Full Refund


A full refund (100% of the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees) may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our platform.
  • The order was incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity).
  • Delivery was significantly delayed or failed due to our error.

5.2 Partial Refund


A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for:

5.3 Unconditional Refund

Unconditional refund is only applicable within 1 hour after paid.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
